BROOKLYNN HALLORAN

  • This manager oversees all functions of Student-Made on campus. They gain hands-on management experience through organizing tasks and goals, ensuring consistent progress, and leading growth & development of their campus branch.

  • What is the most rewarding part of being a Student-Made manager?

    Being able to help young entrepreneurs follow their passion by supporting them and their businesses is the most rewarding part of being a Student-Made manager. I want everyone who has a business to be successful, so being able to aid them with that makes me incredibly happy.

KARA ARTZ

  • This manager works to organize, support and engage the Student-Made community on campus. They also plan and execute community building events, manage and respond to inquiries from various parties, and lead the onboarding process from start to finish for new creators joining the program.

  • What is your favorite part about being a manager with Student-Made?

    My favorite part about being a manager with Student-Made is the other amazing managers! I love collaborating with them and they inspire me to be a better person and manager.

  • This manager develops and executes pop-ups and promotional events. They organize, plan and share a calendar of events, monitor sign-ups, and ensure events are executed successfully.

  • What is your favorite part about being a manager with Student-Made?

    One of the aspects I cherish most about my role as a Student Made manager is the opportunity it provides me. Not only do I have the privilege of collaborating with like-minded entrepreneurs and drawing inspiration from these remarkable individuals, but I also get to work on my event planning skills—a crucial asset for my future endeavors. Additionally, this position serves as a gateway for expanding my network within both the vibrant Tallahassee community and FSU. I love turning visions into reality!

  • This manager operated the behind the scenes of the online marketplace, from uploading products and creating special collections to processing orders and generating shipping labels.

NATALIE MEDINA

  • This manager directs the financial operations of their campus branch, ensuring that all fundamental accounting tasks are executed consistently and timely. They also are responsible for organizing, analyzing and reporting on data to provide helpful strategies on ways for participating business to grow their sales on the marketplace.

    I’m learning how to collaborate with and manage groups larger than I’m used to. I’m very excited to gain some real-world financial management experience that I can take with me as I begin my career.
